With similar features you would expect from popular Social Networking Sites (SNS), Novachi Classroom Collaboration combines the best of LMS, SNS, and CMS to create the world’s first completely free IIS.

With Classroom Connect, teachers can communicate with students and parents in a classroom-like setting with confidence that the safety and security of their information is protected using Novachi IES’s dynamic and comprehensive security protocols.

General Features Include:
• -Open or Private Classrooms
• -File Upload (images, video, PDFs, Documents, etc.)
• -Media Embeding (Video)
• -Photo Albums
• -Classroom Discussions
• -Custom Knowledge Trees
• -Public or Private Blogs
• -Bookmark Sharing
• -Public or Private Event Calendars
• -Custom Profiles
• -Concept Tagging
• -Activity Feed

Faculty accounts have access to create new classes, invite students and parents, and act as administrators for their individual classrooms.

Student accounts can find their list of classes, participate in classroom activities and discussions, upload assignments, review shared content, class requirements and calendars, access Learning Trees (created by teachers or fellow peers), and view media.

Parent Accounts can be invited into the classroom by faculty users. Parent accounts can view any information that is made public to them via classroom sharing. Parents can also access class calendars and events, and check up on their child’s progress.

Novachi Classroom Collaboration is provided 100% FREE of charge and works great as a supplement to other Free Novachi IES applications like Novachi SIS. If you already have a Novachi account, NCC is already available to you! If you do not yet have a Novachi account, click the link below.
