Despite such great responsibility, teachers often have to work hard without any reward or recognition. Novachi, in partnership with the Florida Department of Education, created a Just for Teachers community to support teachers with fun rewards such as this iPad giveaway program.
Novachi is sponsoring an iPad giveaway for the month of October. A winner will be randomly drawn by a FLDOE representative from a list of teachers who actively participate in the Just for Teachers community and the Novachi Classroom Collaboration tool during October.

Novachi, known for their support of American K12 schools via their free education data systems Novachi SIS and Teacher Classroom Collaboration, have announced they will be releasing a new product, Novachi Classroom Collaboration on June 6th, 2012 for community colleges and universities.
Novachi’s new Classroom Collaboration system leverages the company’s experience in creating free SIS and LMS applications, like Novachi SIS and Teacher Classroom Collaboration (TCC), to build a completely free system capable of managing any college course.
Novachi Classroom Collaboration has a variety of general and advanced features, allowing users to get started using the system at their own comfort level. General features of the application include blogging, embedding of video and other media types, discussions, and more. Advanced users will find all sorts of valuable tools like assignments of all varieties, analytic and recommendation data, quiz builders, wikis, surveys, and beyond.
NCC is especially useful for college campuses as professors and students can access the system from
anywhere there is an Internet connection. All data are securely hosted in a private cloud, alleviating
the need for complex local setup. Professors can sign-up, create classes, and invite students to join
each class. NCC is a free service for higher education worldwide. There is no need for budgeting, procurement, or contract necessary to start using NCC.
The NCC system can be used to satisfy the needs of online courses, or can be used as a supplement
to in-class materials. Professors can publish student grades using the application, making the grading process for students more transparent, allowing them to stay on track for graduation with ease.
Novachi Classroom Collaboration is available to all college campuses free of charge. Support is available for both national and international schools. Professors employed by multiple universities and college campuses can manage all their classes from one account without the need for multiple accounts. Additionally, all NCC users will have access to a variety of other free and open source applications provided by Novachi via the Novachi App Launch-pad.

Classroom Collaboration brings teachers and students together in an all new way to foment the flow of creativity and learning.
Novachi is announcing the release of an all new product on June 28th called Novachi Classroom
Collaboration (NCC). NCC is designed to fulfill federal Race to The Top (RTTT) requirements and improve the classroom in all aspects of digital instruction. The release comes just in time as educators are preparing for the new fall term, giving them the opportunity to switch to NCC and begin improving instruction right away.
IIS is the term schools and government agencies use to describe applications that satisfy multiple
aspects of RTTT . The idea behind IIS is to manage all applicable school data from one integrated
platform. These functions include those traditionally associated with older EdTech data systems like
Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), and Course Management
Systems (CMS). Novachi’s new Classroom Collaboration system leverages their experience in creating free SIS and LMS applications, like Novachi SIS and Teacher Classroom Collaboration (TCC), to build the world’s first complete and free IIS.
Novachi Classroom Collaboration is available to all K12 schools free of charge both in the United States and internationally. For those individuals, schools, or organizations that are unsure of how NCC fits into their plans a demo portal has been made available to any who wish to test out the system before signing up at www.novachi.com.
Florida users who already have accounts with Novachi, and are using Teacher Classroom Collaboration, will automatically be updated to the new Novachi Classroom Collaboration service. All upgrades from TCC to NCC is provided free of charge to all existing Novachi users.
